FAQs

Caring for a loved one with memory changes can feel overwhelming. Here are answers to some of the questions families ask us most often.

How do I know if memory loss is normal or serious?

It’s natural to forget things once in a while. But if your loved one is often confused, forgets familiar names or places, or struggles with everyday tasks, it may be a sign to seek help.

What happens during a memory assessment?

The assessment is gentle and supportive. Our doctors talk with you and your loved one, do simple memory checks, and may suggest tests if needed. It helps us understand what’s happening and how best to care for them.

Can family members be involved in the care process?

Absolutely. Family is at the heart of care. We guide and support you with practical tips, training, and regular updates so you feel confident in caring for your loved one.

How to book a consult with the doctors?

It’s simple—you can call us, use our website form, or message us on WhatsApp. We’ll find a time that works best for you and your family.
